If your CO alarm is flashing a red LED light every 20 seconds, it has been activated recently. This is referred to as ‘alarm memory’, find out more about what this feature means here. Why does my FireAngel CO alarm not sound when I press the test button?

The FA6813-EU offers electrochemical sensing technology and a clear loud alarm to ensure trusted carbon monoxide (CO) detection for your home. This alarm also features our new Crescendo Test, which helps to protect your hearing by allowing you to choose the volume level of the test alarm. If your FireAngel CO alarm is fully activating, and you can hear 4 loud beeps, immediately open any doors or windows in your home, stop using any appliances, switch them off and evacuate the building taking the CO alarm with you.CE marked and Kitemarked to BS EN 50291-1 (domestic use) & BS EN 50291-2:2010 (camping/caravans/boats) Under the extended Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm (England) Regulations 2015, from October 1st 2022, a carbon monoxide alarm will be required in all rooms where there is a fixed combustion appliance – such as gas boilers or gas fires – once the compliance date is announced. However, gas cookers are excluded from the updated regulation.
